**The Student Lodge Rebook Offer for 2024/25 Bookings**

**Definitions:**

– **Booking**: A completed reservation for the 2024/25 academic year that includes signing a tenancy agreement with The Student Lodge and fulfilling all payment and guarantor documentation.
– **The Student Lodge Property**: A property managed and operated by The Student Lodge team.
– **New Booker**: A first-time booking at The Student Lodge for the 2024/25 academic year.
– **Rebooker**: An existing tenant currently staying at The Student Lodge.

**Rebook Terms:**

**For the Rebooker to be eligible:**

– Must be a resident for the 2023/24 or booked for the 2024/25 academic year, with a stay of at least 49 weeks.

– Must adhere to their tenancy agreement and be in good financial standing with The Student Lodge.

**Additional Offer Details:**

– The offer is combinable with other cashback promotions if applicable.
– The offer is specific to the parties involved and is not transferable.
– Should you or TSL cancel your tenancy taking this offer you will be liable for the rent-free period in between.
– This promotion is not valid for bookings made through third-party agreements with HEIs or other agents.
– The Student Lodge reserves the right to withdraw or change this offer at any time.
– The offer is not applicable to tenancy takeovers.
– This promotion is not available to employees of The Student Lodge.
