Book a room for 24-25 Academic Year for Minimum 49 weeks and get £500 Cashback.

Note:- Offer is applicable till January 2025

Terms and conditions

  1.  To be eligible for this Offer, you must:
  • Have completed a Booking and checked into your room
  • Not have completed a booking with TSL before the 2024/25 academic year
  • Have booked a minimum of 49 weeks starting before January 2025 at a TSL to qualify for the Offer, unless stated otherwise
  1.  You must enter ‘SAVE500’ in the notes field at the time of completing your booking. Offer cannot be applied retrospectively.
  2. Bookings made without a valid Code will not be eligible to receive benefits of the Offer. Note: some offers only apply to bookings with specific tenancy lengths, room types or university attended.
  3. You will be eligible for the Offer when the following conditions are met.
  • You have paid your rent in full for the entire year.

If you do not meet the above conditions by 1 November 2024, you will not be eligible for the Offer.

  1. The Offer starts on 15/08/2024
  2. The Offer is only applicable to You and is non-transferable. In cases where a room is booked with dual occupancy, only the lead booker  is eligible for the Offer.
  3. If you request to be released from your tenancy agreement and we accept such request (“Tenancy Release”), we reserve the right to rescind this cashback offer and/or deduct the value of any cashback payment received from any Tenancy Release related refund.
  4. The Offer is issued on a per property basis and is not transferable between TSL properties.
  5. Cashback payment will be taken off your final rent payment or the total figure.
  6. The decision to pay the Offer is at the absolute discretion of TSL.
  7. The Offer is subject to availability and they reserve the right to withdraw, modify or substitute the Offer for another with different terms at any time and without notice during this promotion. Offers do not apply to Tenancy Takeovers. Management will not be liable for any loss or damages as a result of participating in this incentive.
  8. This offer is only available to students who book with TSL directly, bookings via 3rd party agencies will qualify for this offer.
